Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM - Competitive Pay: $21.00-$26.50/hour based on education and experience

In this school-based role in Media, PA, you'll work directly with students in an emotional support classroom, providing behavioral and emotional support throughout the school day. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement evidence-based behavioral strategies, support student growth, collect data, and help students achieve success academically, socially, and emotionally.
In this role, you will:
- Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA
- Assist with classroom instruction and school-wide PBIS initiatives
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and student progress data
- Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills
- Assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other educational professionals to support student success
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
