Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise skilled trades personnel effectively

• Coordinate maintenance and health safety initiatives

• Manage operational budgets and develop business plans

• Oversee responses to outages or system challenges

• Foster employee development and operational accountability

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Power Line Technician certificate

• At least eight years of relevant operating experience

• Four years in a supervisory role

• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence

• Must complete a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen
