Your role as a Small Business Advisor is fast paced. You thrive on the pressure of adjudicating credit quickly and with accuracy providing exceptional member service. The experience you bring to the role gives you the confidence to gather the right information, structure the deal properly & according to policy, and minimize risk to Servus and the member. You build relationships with ease while leveraging the opportunities to work with retail branches and small business owners in business development.

As the subject matter expert in the team you are often sought out to mentor and coach others. Identifying additional needs through discussion with the member supports Servus's new purpose of "igniting the power of shared prosperity".
