Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB – Full‑time seasonal role (Spring/Summer 2026) paying $21–$23 an hour.

At Pursuit, we create memorable experiences for guests through world‑class attractions, lodges, restaurants, retail, and transportation services. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead and support a team that delivers exceptional service and ensures smooth operations across all touchpoints.

• Supervise the daily operations of the Guest Services team, including station allocation, cash tills, and task assignments.
• Lead and guide the team by assigning duties, scheduling breaks, and maintaining high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Manage complex guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations through email, phone, and in‑person channels.
• Oversee the use of point‑of‑sale systems and Sky Tram flight scheduling to ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Guest Services Agents.
• Maintain communication with lift operators, ticket sales, group sales, and travel agents to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Monitor cash handling procedures, assist with cash outs, prepare deposits, and aid in financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and validation of operational and financial reports.
• Address guest complaints and operational issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Assist with client and partner account balancing and monitor guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• 2‑4 years in hospitality, with supervisory experience an asset.
• Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, POS).
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to guide staff, provide positive reinforcement, and encourage success.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills during stressful situations.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods in indoor/outdoor high‑altitude environments and all weather conditions.
• Secondary language skills are an asset.
