- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years - Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years Tasks - Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervise staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Conduct training sessions
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Manage events Supervision
- More than 20 people
- Staff in various areas of responsibility Support for newcomers and refugees
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Support for youths
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
