• Oversee the inventory and availability of trailers and equipment to consistently meet customer demand.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize asset utilization and capture new market opportunities.
• Ensure all equipment complies with federal and state regulations, coordinating servicing and maintenance.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering skills growth to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Manage the full customer leasing lifecycle, including contract negotiation, invoicing, and collections.
• Set competitive market pricing and implement strategies to achieve revenue and utilization targets.
  
  Build, maintain, and grow the customer base to enhance market penetration and business profitability.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices, optimize operations, and fulfill customer orders efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline preferred.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in transportation, equipment leasing, or related marketing and service roles.
• Strong strategic planning, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and operational dashboard tools.
• Experienced in budgeting, financial oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
