• Recruit, mentor, and develop local team members.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience in Alberta.

• Proven leadership in managing a regional office or projects.

• Strong background in remediation and regulatory frameworks.

• Professional designation eligibility preferred.
