Location: BrooksHere is what a typical day looks like
Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services requiredPromote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer serviceNavigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applicationsQuote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clientsCommunicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are metProspect and up-sell when talking to public on all lines of business soldLiaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both partiesContinuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related coursesThe value you bring
General Insurance Level 2 License requiredExperience providing excellent customer serviceThe ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through emailExperience managing a book of business or relatable work experienceA desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don’t know something, ask!Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversityPassionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeedHours:
