Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the semiconductor sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and related technology partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key accounts, consultants, and channel partners in the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, achieve targets, and enhance technical sales capabilities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs in semiconductors.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, project, and procurement teams to develop precise technical proposals and ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders for semiconductor projects and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to optimize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Represent the company at client meetings, technical conferences, industry exhibitions, and site visits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and semiconductor industry compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ sales experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Proven track record in technical/project-based sales and key account growth.
- Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Good market awareness and analytical skills in semiconductors.
