As a part of CFIB, the country's largest association for small businesses, you'll be responsible for growing an assigned sales territory. Engaging business owners, understanding their needs, and delivering valuable CFIB solutions is key. You'll engage in proactive lead generation while following a proven sales process supported by coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand sales territory in Medicine Hat
• Meet with small business owners to identify needs
• Present CFIB solutions and generate leads actively
• Build lasting relationships with members in your territory
• Receive ongoing coaching and professional development
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented with independent work style
• Experience with CRM tools is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Excel in sales and nurture valuable relationships with CFIB as you support local businesses in Medicine Hat.
