In this role, Richardson Pioneer seeks an Agronomic Solutions Expert with a post-secondary degree in Agriculture and relevant experience. You will visit local producers, identify their agronomic needs, and provide services like soil testing and product recommendations. You'll also have the opportunity to create engaging demonstrations and tours, deepening customer relationships and increasing location profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit producers to identify specific agronomy needs

• Provide detailed soil testing and crop recommendations

• Develop live demonstrations and farm tours to educate
Requirements:

• Post-secondary Agricultural degree is required

• Relevant experience in agronomy is essential

• Strong organizational and communication skills essential

• Willingness to achieve Professional Agrologist designation

• Valid driver’s license is needed
