Agro Plus is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Agronomist to enhance grower relationships and provide specialized support in southern Alberta. This hands-on position combines agronomic expertise with sales support to drive farm performance and sustainable practices. Engage directly with growers while offering actionable recommendations and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Build trust-based relationships with growers and local partners

Develop individualized cropping plans and provide ongoing support

Respond to agronomic inquiries via multiple channels

Offer informed agronomic advice and product recommendations

Mentor junior agronomists and share best practices

Qualifications

Degree in Agronomy or related field

Minimum five years of agronomy experience

Eligible for accreditation with the Alberta Institute of Agrologists

Robust communication and organizational skills

Valid Class 5 driver license
