This full-time, permanent position at RME involves repairing and reconditioning agricultural equipment, ensuring high-quality service while working independently. You will interact with branch staff and customers as a key player in safety and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and recondition all equipment components and systems

• Maintain accurate records for repairs and parts

• Communicate professionally with staff and customers

• Care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Order necessary parts for repairs

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and experience

• Completion of formal apprenticeship preferred

• Knowledge of agriculture and construction industries

• Familiarity with Case IH, Case CE and New Holland equipment

• Understanding of safety best practices
