    What You’ll Be Doing

    Your day-to-day will include:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
  • Respond to service calls and urgent maintenance requests
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Collaborate with operations team and subcontractors as required
  • Qualifications & Requirement

  • Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration certification (Red Seal preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of related experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems, including controls, refrigeration circuits, and electrical components
  • Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex system faults
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Govt of Canada security clearance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must have own tools
  • Must be available for on call rotation schedule
