What You’ll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions

Respond to service calls and urgent maintenance requests

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Collaborate with operations team and subcontractors as required

Qualifications & Requirement

Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration certification (Red Seal preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years of related experience

Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems, including controls, refrigeration circuits, and electrical components

Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex system faults

Valid driver’s license

Ability to obtain and maintain Govt of Canada security clearance

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must have own tools

Must be available for on call rotation schedule
