Our client, a highly respected and growing public accounting and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its expanding tax practice in Medina, Ohio.

The OpportunityAs a Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical leader and trusted business advisor while helping manage client engagements and develop the next generation of tax professionals.
You'll work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and closely held companies to provide proactive tax planning, compliance oversight, and strategic consulting services.

- Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments impacting clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and business owners
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Deliver practical tax and business solutions tailored to client objectives
- Coordinate with external advisors and professional service providers as needed
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services
- Supervise Associates and Senior Associates across multiple engagements
- Review work papers, tax returns, and planning projects
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development support
- Assist with workflow management and engagement scheduling
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence and client service
- Conduct advanced tax research and communicate findings effectively
- Support estate, gift, trust, and fiduciary tax planning initiatives
- Assist with SALT-related planning and compliance matters
- Provide technical guidance on complex client situations and special projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Active CPA or EA designation…
