Job DescriptionTru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to:
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices from vendors
- Print check/ACH payments
- Reconcile freight bills
- Work with purchasers to resolve quantity and pricing issues
- Work with vendors to resolve billing issues
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting
- Organized and Detail oriented
- Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software
- Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
