Join a stable, growing company in a full-time Accounts Receivable role focused on billing, invoicing, and account management. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processing. Ideal for candidates with experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Specialist, Accounting Clerk, or AR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Process and record customer payments and generate invoices
- Manage billing and invoicing for completed jobs, including materials, labor, and delivery costs
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts to support collections
- Prepare accounts receivable reports, reconciliations, and monthly closing support
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and accounting) to ensure smooth billing processes
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Office-based role within a retail/store environment
Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
30-minute uninterrupted lunch break
No evening or weekend work required
