If you’re friendly, organized, and thrive on helping others, this could be the perfect fit.
Medical or chiropractic office experience 1 year needed
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, patient‑focused attitude
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hiring a
Full‑Time - Hours vary weekly based on availability, vacations & office needs
- Office hours fall between7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Typical scheduled hours:
- Mon / Wed / Thurs:12:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Tues & Fri:12:30 until 6:00 PM
- Saturdays required:7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Flexibility is a must
- Welcome and check patients in and out
- Answer phones and assist patients in person & electronically
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Collect copays and support billing tasks
- Maintain patient records (paper & electronic)
This role requires standing for part of the shift.
