Ken Ganley Medina is now hiring for to organized, customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisors to join our growing team. Whether you've worked a dealership parts counter or have automotive parts experience from an aftermarket retailer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases
  • Support technicians by locating and supplying parts quickly and accurately
  • Research and identify the correct OEM and aftermarket parts
  • Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special orders
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and help keep the parts department organized
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service advisors
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • Automotive parts experience is preferred but not required. We will train motivated candidates!
  • Dealership parts department experience is a plus
  • RV, Powersports, Marine, or other related industry parts experience is welcome!
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and components
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
