Job Summary

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Medina, OH
. Candidates must have deep experience in Agile product management to drive roadmaps, manage backlogs, and oversee platform transformation.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for platform modernization and large‑scale enterprise products.
• Lead Agile delivery—own backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and outcome tracking with clear KPIs/OKRs.
• Partner with architects to execute a cloud‑native, microservices strategy (.NET, Blazor/Mud Blazor, Kubernetes, Maria
  
  DB, Rabbit
  
  MQ) with API‑first and event‑driven design.
• Ensure operational readiness by owning NFRs (performance, availability, scalability), observability, and DR/BCP planning.
• Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering; communicate trade‑offs and decisions clearly to executives and onsite client partners.
• Translate market and user insights into validated requirements and release plans; de‑risk delivery through iterative discovery and data‑driven prioritization.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8–12+ years of Product Management experience leading large‑scale enterprise platforms or modernization initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Agile product delivery, including road mapping, backlog management, outcome tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Working knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, including .NET microservices, Kubernetes, Maria
  
  DB, and experience ensuring NFRs, DR/BCP readiness, and production‑grade system reliability.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
