Salary: $110, a year, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Full Benefits, Travel, etc.

Responsible to lead the day-to-day activities of multiple, commercial construction projects from inception to completion, following the project scope and ensuring the schedule and budgetary targets are achieved; establishes and builds a working relationship with the customer.

• Oversees the execution of commercial construction projects through all stages of the life cycle as outlined by the project scope; types include tenant improvements, remodels, and ground-up construction.
• Responsible for multiple projects occurring simultaneously, averaging 3 to 5 projects under development concurrently; individual projects range in value from a low of $30,000 to a high of $2M+ in revenue, averaging $500,000 to $750,000 per project.
• Receives project hand-off from the internal Pre-Construction Team consisting of subcontractor and specified vendor proposals; may also solicit bids/proposals as needed.
• Understands all components of each project; reviews drawings and specifications to gain a thorough appreciation of the full project scope.
• Negotiates and awards contracts to selected subcontractors and vendors, ensuring the entire scope is met while achieving or exceeding project financial targets.
• Develops the project schedule for each stage of construction to meet customer expectations; utilizes MS Project software, managing all details to achieve the target completion date.
• Executes each project and related activities with the support of the assigned Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, and Subcontractors to ensure adherence to the plans and specifications.
• Receives and reviews daily progress reports and photos from the Site Supervisor, remaining in constant communication on each project; combines daily reports and prepares a daily/weekly status client update.
