Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year

This role is responsible for driving the schedule, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
• Experience leading subcontractor coordination and field teams
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety

• Strong project pipeline with consistent work
• Team-oriented culture with clear communication between field and office
