Superintendent, Commercial Construction Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise during the construction process, taking prompt and effective action to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project, including daily logs, material usage, and financial records.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
