As a Shift Lead / Customer Experience Representative, you’ll play a key role in daily operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while leading the team during shifts. Here’s what your role includes:

• Customer Engagement:
  Welcome customers, answer questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers on wash options and services
• Operations & Safety:
  Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations
• Team Leadership:
  Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures and lead staff in the absence of the Assistant Site Leader or Site Leader
• Attention to Detail:
  Conduct vehicle checks, uphold "Sparkle Assurance" standards, and ensure each wash meets customer expectations
