Customer Relations Representative
As a key member of the Koroseal Interior Products team, the Customer Relations Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our direct accounts. This position is often the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing a wide range of customer service functions including order processing, shipping, sample fulfillment, and quote coordination.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while building relationships with global clients and internal teams.
This is an in-person role based in either our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility or Medina, OH corporate headquarters. The position will report to the Direct Account Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers with product information, order placement, and general service needs.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as marketing, logistics and quality control, etc.
- Manage requests for quotations, enter/update customer orders, and process sample requests.
- Provide proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and communication records related to customer interactions.
- Manage inventory programs, ensuring alignment with established terms and proactive communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset
- Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safely
