Lead Teacher

Country Life Kids Camp is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a group of campers ages 6–13 through a fun, structured, and faith-based summer camp experience. This role is ideal for educators and youth leaders who love teaching, being outdoors, and building meaningful relationships with children.

• Lead and supervise a group of 15–20 campers each day
• Teach and facilitate hands‑on lessons, games, and activities
• Model positive character, leadership, and Christian values
• Communicate with families during daily drop‑off and pickup
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured camp environment
• Collaborate with camp leadership and support daily operations

• Experience working with children in a classroom, camp, or youth setting
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and youth development
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Commitment to faith‑based instruction and values
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Successful completion of a background check
• Seasonal summer position (June–August)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Weekday schedule set by the Camp Director, and the position offers flexibility with an AM or PM part‑time schedule. No weekends
• 1099 Sub‑Contractor role
• Pay negotiable based on experience
• Applicants must reside within 20 miles of Medina, as this role will be on‑site at Country Life Kids Camp
