Kids Country Medina is seeking a Lead Teacher to work side-by-side with teachers and families, providing a home away from home for children in our care, in line with NAEYC guidelines.
You will develop developmentally appropriate curriculum, curate activities based on children's interests, and maintain a warm, safe environment that supports growth while partnering with families to ensure the best care and education. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
