Data Analyst, Pricing

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize pricing within the ERP system
• Establish pricing guardrails for the sales team
• Ensure pricing integrity
• Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis
• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing structures and guardrails
• Monitor pricing compliance and identify trends in overrides or margin erosion
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with company goals
• Execute mass pricing updates and maintain pricing data integrity
• Analyze sales, shipment, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve margin, inventory decisions, and sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or ERP-driven roles
• 5+ years preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Prophet 21 or similar)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
