We are currently seeking a committed and patient‑focused Speech‑Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. The successful candidate will provide effective and client‑centered services that enable people to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks or activities. The role requires a holistic perspective and the ability to adapt the environment to fit the person.

• Assess, evaluate, and treat short‑term and long‑term residents who would benefit from skilled speech‑language pathology services
• Complete quality and timely documentation, such as evaluations, re‑certifications, and discharges
• Conduct quarterly screens and/or evaluations on long‑term residents
• Assist with insurance authorizations and appeals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Contribute to the overall needs of the facility and facility staff

• Valid license to practice speech therapy
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and basic math skills
