• 2 hours shifts | PM shifts available
• $23-$25 per hour(Premium pay)

• Thursday and Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
• Current CPR certification
