EMDR Clinician

Lamplight Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, EMDR trained/certified Mental Health Therapists (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LSW, LPC, MFT) to provide outpatient counseling in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Maintain timely, clinically accurate documentation
• Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
• Coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
• Maintain healthy boundaries and uphold ethical standards

• Medical Contribution after 90 days
• 401(k) with employer matching

• Administrative support (intake, billing, scheduling)

• Full-time, W-2
• 28 billable hours/week
• In-person at any Lamplight location

• EMDRIA trained or certified
• Active Ohio license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to manage documentation and caseload expectations
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Reliable, professional, and client-centered

• Independent licensure
• Trauma-informed training
• Experience with couples or children ages 5+
• Comfort with an in-person schedule
