Position: Growth Marketer (Local Markets + National Scale)
Location: Medina, OH
Baths R Us is a fast-growing home remodeling company operating across 10+ local markets. Growth in our category depends on trust, local visibility, and capturing demand at the moment of intent — but long-term success requires building a national brand customers recognize before they request a quote.

ABOUTTHE ROLE
This is a hands-on growth role responsible for turning digital marketing investment into qualified demand across local markets — while reinforcing a cohesive national brand.
You’ll own performance across paid media, SEO, local presence, retargeting, and measurement. This is not a single-channel role. It’s a growth operator role combining strategy, execution, experimentation, and analysis.
You’ll move fast, test often, and clearly communicate what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN Local Market Growth- Build and execute localized growth strategies across multiple markets
- Tailor messaging, creative, offers, landing pages, and channel mix by market
- Support rapid launch and optimization in new markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive market plans
- Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, PPC, Local Services)
- Build full-funnel acquisition strategies including retargeting and lookalikes
- Manage budgets with focus on CPA, lead quality, and downstream performance
- Continuously test creative, audiences, bidding, and landing experiences
- Lead local and national SEO strategy for multi-location growth
- Optimize site structure and landing pages for high-intent demand
- Own Google Business Profiles across all markets as a performance lever
- Define success metrics and attribution frameworks
- Implement clean tracking and reporting tied to business outcomes
- Design and analyze tests to improve performance and learning speed

EXPERIENCE- 4–8+ years in growth, performance, or high-impact digital marketing roles
- Hands-on ownership of Meta and Google paid media campaigns
- Strong experience with local SEO, multi-location businesses, or demand-driven services
- Experience with email marketing, retargeting, and lifecycle programs
- Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, dashboards, attribution models)
- Proven ability to test, learn, and scale what works
This role directly impacts how fast we grow, how efficiently we invest, and how successfully we expand into new markets. You’ll help build a growth engine that compounds over time — not just manage channels.
