Senior IT Engineer

Location: Onsite – Medina, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $28–$38/hour

Start: ASAP (current employee submitted resignation on 2/5)

Hours: M-F, 8-5pm

About The Role

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to step into a hands‑on, client‑facing technical role supporting both on‑premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of experience
, but we are open to a Jr. Engineer who is eager to learn—training will be provided on specialized systems.

You will work across Microsoft cloud technologies, Windows Server environments, and diverse networking infrastructures while serving as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting.

• Support, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (on‑prem and Azure).
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud technologies including O365, M365, Intune, and Azure.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on servers, networks, and software systems.
• Provide exceptional customer‑facing support and communication.
• Maintain strong organizational practices to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel to client sites as needed (company car provided).

• Strong communication ability.
• Outstanding organizational and time?management skills.
• Deep understanding of diverse systems and networks.
• Solid knowledge of internet security and data privacy best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot high?level issues quickly and independently.
