The Project Manager – HVAC Solutions serves as the primary point of contact for clients at both local and corporate levels, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. This role is responsible for managing multiple HVAC projects from initiation to completion, maintaining direct coordination with account representatives to deliver solutions that meet client expectations, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Client Issue Resolution:
  Promptly respond to client maintenance requests through PVC Connect, phone, or email; evaluate issues and manage the work order life cycle using best practices to ensure resolution.
• Vendor & Service Coordination:
  Recommend solutions, generate work orders, and assign appropriate subcontractors or technicians; source new vendors when necessary to meet project demands.
• Project Oversight & Communication:
  Manage multiple simultaneous HVAC projects, communicate regularly with vendors and clients, update progress in the system, and ensure services meet client expectations.
• Quote & Budget Management:
  Review, communicate, and negotiate service quotes with clients; ensure cost estimates are approved and adhere to company pricing and markup standards.
• Technical Expertise & Support:
  Read and interpret blueprints and schematics, assemble bids, and support internal Facility Management staff by providing guidance and addressing escalated issues.

• HVAC
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years working as an HVAC technology specialist, preferably within a commercial facilities or property management environment.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of HVAC repair materials, basic knowledge of construction practices and general trades.
• Customer Service
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven success in a customer-facing role, either over the phone or in person, with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction.
• Computer Proficiency:
  Strong skills in using CRM systems for scheduling, data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Communication & Problem-Solving:
  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving client issues efficiently.
