Base Pay Range
$14.00/hr – $15.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Restore and repair screens, glass, and lamps with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
• Operate and oversee a well‑organized central repair facility that serves multiple E&H Ace locations.
• Manage part inventory and coordinate logistics for deliveries to and from stores.
• Maintain quality control standards, ensuring repairs are done right the first time.
• Interact directly with customers and store team members to provide estimates, updates, and outstanding service.
• Train and support store teams on repair basics and quality expectations.
• Track repair trends and recommend process improvements or tools.
• Sharpen tools and blades with attention to safety and precision.
• Contribute ideas to grow and improve the repair program company‑wide.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience with screen, glass, and lamp repair; blade sharpening a plus.
• A clean driving record and comfort with local deliveries multiple times per week.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• A commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.
