Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Medina, OH. Join a team that helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at one of the area's largest retail facilities. • Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
