Regional Sales Manager (Medina Region

Wolff Bros. Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead multiple branch locations (Medina, Mentor, Bedford, Elyria) and drive profitable growth across the region. This role is responsible for regional financial performance, development of Branch Managers, leadership of the Outside Sales team, and ensuring strong operational execution.

• Own regional P&L performance and ROI.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and sales teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth while maintaining margin discipline.
• Partner with Operations to ensure exceptional customer service and branch execution.
• Build leadership bench strength and succession plans.
• Champion company initiatives and align teams around business priorities.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and team members.

• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business results.
• Strong financial, sales, and operational acumen.
• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing sales teams in distribution industry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Foster alignment to Wolff Bros Core Values
• Distribution, wholesale, construction supply, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industry experience preferred.
