Blue Heron is a small, quality-focused craft brewery dedicated to brewing exceptional beer and serving our community with pride. We’re a tight-knit team that values hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Cellar & Delivery Associate to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role that supports both brewery production and local beer distribution. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Cellar Duties
  • Assist with all aspects of the Cellar under the direction of the Head Brewer
  • Clean and sanitize tanks, kegs, and brewing equipment (CIP procedures)
  • Transfer beer between tanks
  • Monitor fermentation and record data
  • Kegging, canning, and packaging beer
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production space
  • Follow all safety and quality control procedures
• Delivery Duties
  • Load and unload kegs, cases, and other materials
  • Deliver products to local accounts in a safe and timely manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail and bar partners
  • Track and confirm deliveries with invoices
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings
• Previous brewery, warehouse, or delivery experience (a plus but not required)

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player who communicates well
• Interest in craft beer and brewing processes
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
