Join Our Shipping Team as a Material Handler at Sandridge Crafted Foods. Our Shipping team moves products from our facility to customers across the country – and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable people to help make it happen. As a Material Handler, you’ll play an important role in preparing, moving, staging, and loading finished products in a fast‑paced warehouse environment that supports food production operations.
No experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person – someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability we can count on.
This is a full‑time 1st shift opportunity working: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM on a rotating Panama Schedule.
What’s a Panama Schedule? Our Panama‑style schedule is designed to give you built‑in overtime and more days off throughout the month.
- Work 2 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 3 days
- Then the schedule rotates the following week

Overtime benefits:
- Time‑and‑half after 10 hours worked in a day

- Pull, stage, and move product for shipping and production needs
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Ensure proper product rotation, labeling, and storage
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving documentation
- Support production by supplying raw materials as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (as trained)
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet daily goals
- Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required. Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in temperature‑controlled environments (≈ –15°F to 55°F)
- Willingness to work a flexible Panama schedule (12‑hour shifts)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic communication and computer skills
Preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience
- Forklift or equipment operating experience
$20 per hour.
