Now hiring a LEAD Operator for a manufacturing company in Medina.
Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm.
Weekly pay at $19 per hour.
Job Duties:- Serve as lead operator on a high-priority production line, ensuring consistent output and quality.
- Operate plastic extrusion machines, Herr hammer machines, and other production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product standards.
- Support and guide team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have their own transportation, submit a resume, and complete both a background and drug screening.
