Process Technician Lead

• Train, develop and manage technicians to meet business needs
• Act as back‑up Team Leader as needed
• Relieve Production Techs for breaks and lunches
• Inspect line set‑ups and continuously monitor operations
• Troubleshoot & repair machinery using mechanical & electrical skills
• Control scrap, reliability and quality through process checks
• Work with Team Lead on the performance evaluation process
• Drive safety, quality, scrap and reliability action items
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 year Technical degree and/or related experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar leadership role
• Experience in Plastics manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Shifts & Pay: $55k/yr 2nd: 3pm-11pm 3rd: 11pm-7am
