CNC Machinists - First​/Third Shifts

Job Description

We are seeking CNC Machinists to set up, adjust, and check out programming, and operate numerically controlled machine tools to perform a series of progressive machining operations. There is an opening on both first and third shifts.

Duties:

• Evaluate blueprints, drawings, sample parts, and engineering information to determine methods and sequence of operations to fabricate parts
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit programs
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
• Check parts for conformance to specifications
• Meet established production and quality goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Certificate of completion from Certified Machining Program is preferred
• Must have 3 years experience with CNC Machines and 2 to 3 years experience in tight tolerance machining
• Must have the ability to set up and program at least one machine and operate all manual machines
• Must be able to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment while being safety-conscious
• Must be able to get to work on time
• Must have own reliable transportation
