Supervise daily production in a blow molding environment and provide management support to associates;
Ensure department safety, quality, reliability, and scrap targets and maintain proper housekeeping;
Train, develop, and manage technicians to meet business needs; relieve Production Techs for breaks and lunches;
Inspect line setups and continuously monitor operations; troubleshoot and repair machinery using mechanical and electrical skills;
Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment is repaired and maintained and drive safety, quality, scrap, and reliability action items
