Location: Medina, OH

Pay: $15.00 per hour to start

Temp to hire – Built In OT!

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (48 hours)
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Optional) (8 hours OT)

40 hours straight time and potentially 16 hours of OT each week = $960 Weekly Pay!

We are hiring General Laborers to support production operations in Medina, Ohio. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who want consistent hours, a longer weekend, and the opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling
• Load and unload parts and materials
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• No experience required – paid training provided
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability are required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
