National Design Mart is hiring a CNC Operator / Tooling Technician to join our stone fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment, managing tooling, and ensuring granite and stone countertops are fabricated accurately according to specifications and customer expectations.

• Operate CNC fabrication machinery to route, polish, and finish counter top edges
• Set up and monitor CNC equipment to ensure quality production standards are met
• Use a Zoller tool measuring machine to inspect and measure tooling
• Manage tooling inventory and identify replacement needs
• Operate overhead cranes and assist with forklift operation as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic facility maintenance
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate fabrication of stone products
• Maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs
• Continuously develop knowledge of stone products, tooling, and fabrication techniques

• Previous experience in the granite, stone fabrication, CNC machining, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of granite, quartz, and other stone materials preferred
• Experience operating CNC machinery or similar manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and move materials with assistance and proper equipment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and fabrication environment
• Comfortable operating computers, machinery, and industrial equipment
