General Machine Operator $19.00/hour + 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential | Medina, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
We're Hiring – General Machine Operators. Join a growing manufacturing team in Medina, Ohio as a General Machine Operator.
If you have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! You'll operate mechanical and automated machinery used to manufacture high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission products.
What You'll Do- Perform quality checks and inspect finished products
- Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production issues
- Load and stage materials needed for production
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment
Stand for up to 3 hours at a time. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting. Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
