Overview
Medina Nursing & Rehab Center is Now Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) for All SHIFTS!
Shifts available: Days 7a-7p | Nights 7p-7a
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license
- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
- 12-hour shifts
- Day, Night & Weekend shifts available
- Weekend availability and every other weekend rotation
