Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with current standards of practice

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the physician and family

• Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Reliable and professional work ethic
