Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Medina, OH is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in our outpatient setting and to support physicians and providers. You’ll handle patient intake, chart preparation, procedure assistance, injections, dressing changes, and referrals, with triage duties as needed.
We require at least 3 years as an LPN, Ohio license, BLS within 3 months, strong communication and organization, and EMR experience is a plus.
